do you ever do that? wander out your front door and take a look at your city or town from the eyes of a tourist? i've done a lot of that these past few days. well, technically we explored saugatuck, but whatev. my family from colorado followed us back from howell and we had the opportunity to explore our local area in a way that i haven't done in a very long time.
a note on the dune rides: you MUST do this. i've been on the silver lake dune rides a few times, but i was blown away by the saugatuck dune rides. so much fun.
after spending the day in saugatuck, we enjoyed an evening even closer to home watching the downtown performance series.
