yesterday after work i stopped by bibles for mexico (probably my favorite thrift store) on my way into town. per usual, it was full of crap with a few treasures sprinkled here and there.
i like the shape of this lamp. a few coats of spray paint and a new shade would breathe some much needed life into it. i didn't buy it, so if you want it, it's yours.
after digging through the books, i found exactly what i was looking for (which NEVER happens at thrift stores): a reader's digest condensed book.
after tearing off the jacket, this pretty green spine was revealed. my collection groweth.
i am in love with these moccasins. in love. the leather is super soft and they were a steal at $1.00.
they remind me of these beauties from j.crew. just less blingy.
i plan on sporting these bad boys downtown tonight while i passionately search for the food stand that sells deep fried bacon.
of course i would.
