somehow, somewhere, someway i accumulated a little collection of owls. which is funny because i don't feel particularly drawn to owls. there are other things i'd much rather collect (jadeite, shoes, complements, etc.). but these little guys have made their way into both my kitchen and my heart. the collection is eclectic and adds some much needed color to that white tile that i hate oh-so-much. the best thing about the collection is the price: i've spent more money on two five dollar foot longs from subway than i have on my hooters (take that as you will).
