i may have mentioned before that i love sundays. and it goes without saying that i love my mom. so yesterday's mother's day events went together like peas and carrots. like fat kids and cake. like my thighs and chub rub.
houston, we have a walker.
most of the day was spent doing what we rays do best: lounging, eating, and melting over norah.
lindsey, allison and i gave mom the day off from cooking and whipped up a delicious dinner of spaghetti and meatballs, parmesan garlic knots, olive garden salad, and gellato ice cream sandwhiches. yes, i have a weight problem. deal with it.
it might appear that this meal was created simply for gluttony's sake. however, appearances can be deceving. we had to carbo load for the first annual ray family mother's day homerun derby!
total number of home runs that were hit: 0.
norah decided that the best part of softball is eating the dirt.
homegirl ate a LOT of dirt.
go team ray.
