this is what a diet looks like.

weigh in day. here we go.

pounds lost this week: -4 lbs
total pounds lost: 18.5
weight loss needed for next reward: 1.5

i want to be in the 20+ pounds weight loss range SO badly. i'm not going to sell myself short--18.5 pounds is not too shabby. but something about the 20s just makes weight loss seem like a much bigger accomplishment. and let's hope this annoying pattern of gaining one week and losing the next week is over. i'd much rather consistently lose a small amount of weight each week.

and for the love of god. will somebody puh-LEASE teach me how to take a decent self-portrait?
