you can buy matte tinted nail polishes, but i recommend buying essie's matte about you. slap that sucker over any color nail polish and you have a sleek, shine-free finish. i put it on top of essie's chinchilly. the best part is, the matte polish makes your nail color dry really quickly. like, instantly. i give this product ten stars.
