it's that time of the week again. only not really. you see, over christmas vacation i became accustomed to working out like a banshee on tuesday mornings and then weighing in directly thereafter. now that i'm back at work, i don't think i'm allowed to leave during my second hour class to drive to holland and weigh in. but i'm not sure because i haven't asked. let's assume the answer is no. so now i weigh in on saturday mornings. i stepped on the scale yesterday morning and the result was a 1.8 pound weight loss. not bad considering i spent 4 days eating myself silly in chicago. i think that's a pretty good testament to how important exercise is in the weight loss process. i worked out 5 days with a relatively high heart rate. here's the weekly snap:

this week's strategies: new figure friendly recipes, fully loaded fruit bowl, many dates with the treadmill
