who has two love handles (if i'm rounding down), a big ole appetite and is putting together a cookbook?

please note the careful choice of words.  i'm not writing a cookbook.  let's not get it twisted.  i am merely gathering my family's favorite recipes and putting them in one place.  i'm organizing a cookbook.  this little labor of love is a reflection of countless calories consumed and memories made around the ray family table.

for those of you who are visual learners, take a look at what i've done so far...

the process will be slow as i cook, photograph, and organize the recipes, but that's okay.  i am so excited to have all of the recipes i love in one spot.
