here is a list of my irrational fears. some are more irrational than others.
- sneezing while driving and going into a ditch
- getting into my car and having my achilles tendon slashed by a murderer waiting under my car.
- having my blood pressure taken and the nurse squeezes the cuff too tightly and blood shoots out of my fingertips.
- being dragged by a car and having all of the flesh scraped from my body.
- accidentally giving my eyeball a paper cut.
- spiders living under my toilet seats.
- getting my shoelaces caught in the treadmill and being severely burned because of it.
- amputation in general.
the achilles tendon thing is one of my greatest fears as well. at least i know i'm no longer alone in this!!!

Deletemine is simply- barfing in public :) so glad i'm not alone in the irrational fears field. in fact, kind of fun to laugh about it. LOVE your blog!

Glad I'm not the only one with irrational fears:) My biggest one is "following" someone in the car from point A to point B--I'm always terrified one of us will get in a horrible accident and witness it.
ReplyDeleteEvery time i get in my car and it's dark I JUMP in b/c I too have a fear of the scary achilles tendon slasher! Weird?!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! We must have all watched that scary movie together. What movie is it where that person's heels are slashed by someone under the car?? I've had that same fear for a long time and I'm almost positive I saw it in a movie!
